These Corporate Gifting Terms and Conditions govern the provision of corporate gifts and related services by Bhargo Devasya Enterprises Pvt Ltd to you, the business entity or representative Client entering into a corporate gifting arrangement with us. By placing an order or using our corporate gifting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not proceed with the order.

Corporate Gifting: The service of providing products or digital items (such as gift cards) by Bhargo Devasya Enterprises Pvt Ltd on behalf of businesses to their employees, clients, partners, or affiliates.
Recipient: The end receiver of the gift.
Order: A request submitted by the Client to Bhargo Devasya Enterprises Pvt Ltd to purchase corporate gifts.
Deliverables: The products or services to be delivered by us under a confirmed order.
To place a corporate gifting order, you must:
Orders must be submitted in writing via our designated order form, email, or through our corporate portal (if available). Once we receive your order request, a representative will contact you to confirm the details and provide a quote.
Your order will not be considered confirmed until:
All prices are quoted in [Currency] and are exclusive of applicable taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
A 50% deposit or full upfront payment may be required to initiate processing.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and approved business accounts.
Final payment is due before delivery unless a payment term has been previously agreed upon in writing.
Late payments may incur interest at a rate of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law.
We offer custom branding, including logo placement, branded messages, and packaging options. Customization details must be confirmed before order finalization. Additional fees may apply depending on the complexity of the customization.
Artwork or branding assets must be provided by the Client in high-resolution formats. Bhargo Devasya Enterprises Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays due to late submission or poor-quality assets.
Orders canceled within 48 hours of confirmation and prior to any procurement or customization may be eligible for a full refund.
If materials have been sourced or customization work has begun, partial refunds may be available at our discretion.
Once production has started or items have shipped, no cancellation or refund will be allowed.
Any changes to the order (e.g., recipient lists, customization, shipping address) must be submitted in writing and may be subject to additional charges or processing delays.
Delivery timelines will be agreed upon at the time of order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed unless specified.
Gifts may be delivered in bulk to the Client’s address or individually to each recipient, depending on the agreement.
Delivery is available domestically and internationally, subject to courier availability and customs regulations.
Bhargo Devasya Enterprises Pvt Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, customs clearance, or inaccurate recipient information provided by the Client.All gifts are subject to availability. In the event an item is out of stock after the order is confirmed, we will inform you promptly and offer a replacement item of equal or greater value or issue a refund.
Substitutions may also be made in the case of seasonal gifts or perishable items, to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Due to the customized nature of corporate gifts, returns and refunds are generally not accepted.

We handle all recipient data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR (if applicable). The Client is responsible for ensuring that they have obtained consent from recipients to share personal data (e.g., name, email, address) with us.
We will use recipient information solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order and will not sell or disclose such data to third parties outside of the fulfillment process.
All confidential business information shared between both parties will be treated with the strictest confidentiality.
All trademarks, designs, branding, and intellectual property associated with customized gifts remain the property of their respective owners. The Client warrants that it has the right to use any logos or branding submitted for customization and indemnifies Bhargo Devasya Enterprises Pvt Ltd from any third-party claims.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bhargo Devasya Enterprises Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of profit or business opportunities, arising from or related to our corporate gifting services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the relevant order.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State]. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Your Country/State].
